Namshi partners with Emirates Red Crescent to clothe refugees worldwide

Namshi embraces the month of giving by partnering with Emirates Red Cresent, a UAE based humanitarian organization, to clothe refugees from war-stricken countries and families who have lost their homes.

Namshi is offering its customers the opportunity to be a part of this worldwide campaign by adding clothing bundles starting from AED 35 to their shopping basket at checkout. In an effort to make it easy for the customers, Namshi will then donate these bundles on their behalf to Emirates Red Crescent. Each bundle will consist of items available from the website in a variety of styles, sizes and colors.

Hosam Arab, Co-Founder and MD for Namshi, said: ‘We are humbled at the opportunity to partner with Emirates Red Crescent again this year. We are confident that our campaign will encourage communities across the region and internationally to participate and embrace the spirit of Ramadan by joining hands for our vision. Our goal is to donate 32,500 items of clothing with the help of our customers. Together, we can help change people’s lives.’

The short video features Hosam Arab elaborating behind the scenes on the process of the donated clothing bundles, which are prepared at the Namshi warehouse. The customer selects their preferred bundle to donate through our website, in partnership with Emirates Red Crescent, which will contribute to positively impacting thousands of lives.

The campaign is open to all customers and will run throughout the month of Ramadan.
