DUBAI, United Arab Emirates, September 15, 2026: Emirates NBD has launched the third edition of its Millionaire savings programme, offering a record AED10 million grand prize as part of a total prize pool of more than AED35 million.
The year-long programme, which runs from September 1, 2026 to August 31, 2027, will have 509 winners across different customer categories, including Personal, Priority, Private and Business Banking, as well as a dedicated pool for minors.
The AED10 million award is being promoted by the bank as the largest single prize offered by a financial institution in the region.
The programme will also include quarterly cash prizes of AED1 million and monthly awards ranging from AED10,000 to AED100,000.
Customers can qualify by maintaining minimum savings balances. Individual customers need to maintain at least AED10,000, while Business Banking customers require a minimum balance of AED50,000.
Customers can also increase their chances of winning through eligible use of Emirates NBD debit and credit cards and by taking up qualifying lending, insurance and wealth management products.
The bank said the programme is intended to encourage customers to build and maintain savings while offering rewards for broader engagement with its financial services.
“We are excited to announce the third edition of our flagship Millionaire programme, now offering customers a chance to win a milestone AED10 million Grand Prize,” said Rohit Garg, group head of retail products and chief digital officer of retail banking and wealth management at Emirates NBD.
“By rewarding positive financial behaviour and expanding participation across dedicated customer pools from savers to thriving businesses, we are giving our customers even more compelling financial reasons to save, grow and achieve their long-term financial goals with us,” he said.
Programme attracts 375,000 customers
The latest edition builds on a programme launched in August 2024. Emirates NBD said more than 375,000 individual and non-individual customers have participated since then, with total portfolio balances exceeding AED13 billion.
The bank said the programme has been designed to broaden participation beyond individual savers by creating separate draw pools for different customer segments.
A dedicated minors category is also intended to encourage families to introduce savings habits at an early age.
The programme comes as UAE banks continue to promote savings and deposit products through reward schemes, while customers increasingly use digital channels for everyday banking.
Emirates NBD, one of the UAE’s largest banking groups, reported total assets of AED1.3 trillion as of June 30, 2026.
The bank operates across the UAE and several international markets and serves more than 25 million active customers, according to its latest figures.
