ABU DHABI- Polaroid, the 75-year-old brand synonymous with instant imaging, sharing and fun, revealed its successful participation at the tenth edition of DISTREE Middle East, the ultimate professional networking event for senior executives from the consumer electronics, digital device and ICT products retail channel in the region, which was held recently at the Fairmont Bab Al Bahr, Abu Dhabi. Emerio Technology JLT, the authorized Polaroid licensee for the Middle East and North African (MENA) region, leveraged Polaroid’s latest offerings, which includes internet tablets, mobile phones & accessories, televisions, digital cameras and instant cameras, across the Middle East region’s ICT & CE retail sector.
During the exciting three-day event, Polaroid was also able to showcase its Polaroid S series of 8” and 10” tablets are powered by the Android™ 4.2 Jelly Bean OS and offer access to Google Play, a super-fast engine, High Definition (HD) displays and Bluetooth, WiFi, USB and OTG connectivity. In addition to the S series tablet, a new range of Polaroid televisions such as the 40” and the 34” are being showcased as well as a new range of Polaroid digital cameras. The cameras include the Polaroid Z2300, Instant Digital Camera with Zink® (Zero Ink) technology and its mountable high definition sports camera models, the Polaroid S100 and the Polaroid S20.
