UAE President, Greek Prime Minister Discuss Bilateral Ties and Regional Developments

ABU DHABI, United Arab Emirates (July 2, 2025) — UAE President and Greek Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis held a phone call Wednesday to discuss bilateral relations and regional issues.

The two leaders reviewed cooperation across multiple sectors, including the economy, investment, advanced technology, artificial intelligence, food security, renewable energy and sustainability.

They emphasized the importance of strengthening collaboration in ways that support development in both countries and advance the goals of the UAE-Greece Comprehensive Strategic Partnership.

During the call, Sheikh Mohamed and Mitsotakis also exchanged views on current regional and international developments. Both leaders reaffirmed the importance of promoting peaceful solutions to global and regional conflicts through dialogue and diplomacy.

They underscored the need to support efforts that enhance security, stability and peace, in line with the aspirations of people for development and prosperity.
