FORM Hotel Dubai opens its doors to welcome its first guests

Dubai – FORM Hotel Dubai has opened its flagship property, centrally located in the heart of Dubai’s Cultural Village, in the Al Jadaf neighbourhood. With its striking white façade, marked by spontaneous acoustic windows, this unique, 15-storey, pioneering new hotel also represents the latest addition to the prestigious Design Hotels™ collection; the first Dubai-based member to be selected. The property merges an emphasis on wellbeing with a carefully curated design concept, offering technology-driven and customized travel experiences to business and leisure travelers alike.  As such, FORM Hotel Dubai is proud to bring a unique and unchartered concept to the UAE hotel market.

Conveniently positioned close to the Dubai International Airport, Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa, Dubai Design District (d3), and Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), FORM Hotel Dubai is carved from an Architecture Studio-designed structure that relives the origins of Dubai’s heritage. Inside, art deco-inspired bespoke furniture — also by the Paris-based Architecture Studio — fills guestrooms alongside custom-crafted art and photography by Nina Dietzel, for an understated yet sharp interior that is at once timeless and contemporary.

The hotel presents a commitment to living well throughout the guest journey, most prominently in its three food and beverage outlets, each of which offer wholesome menus crafted from sustainably sourced ingredients. Elsewhere, a half-length Olympic rooftop pool offers stunning vistas over the neighboring Al Jadaf boatyards, adjacent to the state-of-the-art gym that grants the passionate traveler astounding view points and mood-boosting moments. Concept Boutique by FORM, the in-house retailer, offers locally-sourced and thoughtfully-curated items that reflect the design sensibility of its locale round the clock. The connected can head to co.lab space, FORM’s creative zone aimed at nurturing smart business and linking like-minded individuals.

Guest journeys are punctuated by FORM’s five essential built-in offers: a custom-crafted luxury bed, walk-in high-pressure rain shower, complimentary high-speed WiFi, 49-inch HDTV with Google Chromecast, and a complimentary scrumptious, balanced breakfast.  Further complimenting the essentials,  FORM will provide a range of add-on features curated to suit a range of tastes, varying from private yoga sessions, designer pajamas, and sneaker cleaning kits to curated art and foodie tours, aimed  to ensure no two stays are the same, just as no two travelers are alike.

Beyond the hotel, an array of local tours connects guests with the neighborhood and local voices. The FORM Art Tour, for example, presents the city’s art hubs via an outing that observes street art, galleries and exhibitions, while the Form Architecture Tour goes off grid and follows an itinerary that incorporates the city’s lesser known power structures.

FORM Hotel Dubai is the only hotel in the Middle East certified in the Design Hotels™ collection.
