Fi’lia Launches ‘Taste of Italy’ Culinary Series in Dubai

DUBAI, United Arab Emirates – July 1, 2025 – Fi’lia Dubai is inviting guests on a month-long culinary journey through Italy with the launch of its latest dining experience, Taste of Italy, running from June 30 to August 3, 2025. The five-week experience will spotlight a different Italian region each week, offering diners the chance to explore the country’s diverse cuisine without leaving Dubai.

Located on the 70th floor of SLS Dubai in Business Bay, Fi’lia will present exclusive regional menus that capture the essence of Italy’s culinary landscape—from Sicily’s vibrant dishes to the rustic seafood of Sardinia, the coastal richness of Puglia, and the refined flavors of Piemonte and Trentino.

Dishes featured in the rotating menus include the Insalata di Agrumi, a refreshing Sicilian citrus salad with fresh mint and olives; Polpette di Pane, crispy bread balls served with marinara sauce from Puglia; and Agnolotti del Plin, a signature stuffed pasta from Piemonte.

The weekly regional focus is as follows:

  • Week 1: Sicily (June 30 – July 6)

  • Week 2: Sardinia (July 7 – July 13)

  • Week 3: Puglia (July 14 – July 20)

  • Week 4: Piemonte (July 21 – July 27)

  • Week 5: Trentino (July 28 – August 3)

With panoramic views of Dubai and a menu designed to immerse guests in the culture and flavors of Italy, Taste of Italy brings a unique opportunity for culinary exploration in the heart of the UAE.
