Brazilian delegation visits Kuwait to boost economic cooperation

KUWAIT- A Brazilian delegation visited Kuwait on Wednesday(May 14th) and held meetings with several officials and investors to discuss bolstering bilateral economic cooperation.

In statements to KUNA before concluding their one-day visit to Kuwait, Head of the delegation and CEO of Brazil Investments & Business (BRAiN) Pedro Bastos said that the they briefed Kuwaiti officials and investors about resources and investment opportunities available in Brazil. He pointed out that the six-member delegation has meet representatives of Public Investment Authority and several local banks and financial institutions.

Bastos said that Brazil seeks to encourage Gulf and particularly Kuwaiti investors to benefit from the investment opportunities in the Latin American country.

He stated that BRAiN has the mission to articulate and catalyze the consolidation of Brazil as an international business and investments hub, with a regional focus in Latin America, but with global connections and projection.-KUNA
