DUBAI- Dubai Chambers has unveiled the agenda for the Dubai Business Forum – China, set for 14 October in Shenzhen under the theme “Momentum at Scale: Accelerating Shared Success.” The event will bring together senior officials, investors and tech leaders to deepen Dubai–China cooperation in trade, investment, technology and innovation, aligned with the Dubai Economic Agenda
The forum will feature curated sector tracks, bilateral business meetings and networking sessions designed to connect Chinese companies and investors with Dubai’s business ecosystem. Organisers say the programme will highlight Dubai’s advantages as a regional base for expansion and help participants forge long-term partnerships across AI, advanced manufacturing, logistics, smart mobility and digital platforms.
Mohammad Ali Rashed Lootah, President and CEO of Dubai Chambers, said the Dubai–China relationship is moving “beyond well-established trade ties towards a broader platform for investment, innovation, and shared value creation.” He added that the forum would unlock new opportunities for Chinese firms to access regional and international markets while advancing
Confirmed speakers include Eng. Sultan bin Saeed Al Mansoori, Chairman of Dubai Chambers; UAE Ambassador to China Hussain bin Ibrahim Al Hammadi; Lootah; and Hadi Badri, CEO of the Dubai Economic Development Corporation. The participant list features executives from Emirates SkyCargo, DP World China, Baidu, Tencent Cloud MENA, Huawei Cloud, BYD, iMile Delivery, YTO International, Yalla Group, Dubai Future Foundation and ARIDGE (formerly XPENG AEROHT), among others.
Discussions will trace the evolution of Dubai–China ties from trade-centric links to a broader partnership driven by investment, innovation and regional expansion. Sessions will examine D33 priorities such as future-focused sectors, investment attraction and business growth, alongside the role of incubators, capital platforms and talent in supporting international expansion.
Key themes include the large-scale deployment of AI and autonomous mobility, the infrastructure needed for an AI-driven economy, and the shift from experimentation to measurable business value. Other topics cover smart capital in AI, fintech, advanced manufacturing and digital infrastructure; the expansion of Chinese electric vehicle and mobility solutions; resilient trade corridors backed by advanced logistics; and the role of regulation, policy and real-world testing in scaling innovations.
This is the fifth international edition of the Dubai Business Forum and the second in China, following the Beijing event in August 2024 that drew more than 800 business leaders. Through the forum series, Dubai Chambers aims to stimulate foreign direct investment into Dubai, strengthen strategic partnerships and open new investment horizons with leading global markets.
