HYDERABAD, India — UAE property developers and real estate authorities are set to meet prospective Indian investors in Hyderabad this autumn as the two countries deepen their longstanding investment ties.
The Property Grand Expo is scheduled for Oct. 31 and Nov. 1, 2026, at JRC Conventions and Trade Fairs in Hyderabad. The event is being organized by The Times of India Group in partnership with UAE-based Global Edge Advertisements.
The showcase is expected to feature residential, commercial and mixed-use developments from across the UAE, giving investors an opportunity to meet developers and learn about the property market directly.
Dubai Land Department, along with land authorities from several Northern Emirates, is supporting the event. Government representatives are expected to participate alongside developers, banks and real estate professionals.
The event comes as Indian nationals continue to rank among the most significant overseas buyer groups in Dubai’s property market. Industry research cited by real estate consultancy Anarock Group has put the Indian share at about 20% to 22% of foreign property purchases in the emirate.
Dubai’s real estate market recorded Dh917 billion in transactions in 2025, according to figures from the Dubai Land Department that have been cited by industry research.
For Indian investors, the UAE’s proximity, established business links and large Indian expatriate population have helped sustain interest in the country’s property market.
Focus on regulations and residency
The Hyderabad event will also host an India-UAE Real Estate Forum, where government officials and industry representatives are expected to discuss property regulations, ownership structures and investment opportunities.
Sessions are planned around freehold and leasehold ownership, property financing and residency options, including the UAE’s Golden Visa program.
The Dubai Land Department provides official services covering property registration, title deeds, licensed brokers and developers, as well as real estate transactions. Investors can access the department’s official information and services through its website. Dubai Land Department
The department’s official platform also states that real estate investors who own property with a purchase value of at least Dh2 million may qualify for the real estate investor Golden Visa, subject to applicable requirements.
Organizers said the participation of government authorities is intended to give prospective buyers greater access to information about registration procedures, regulations and investment opportunities across different UAE emirates.
Why Hyderabad matters
Hyderabad is one of India’s major technology and business centers, with a large concentration of global companies and high-income professionals. The city’s expanding wealth base and substantial non-resident Indian community make it a significant market for overseas investment-focused events.
The expo is expected to attract high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, business owners and NRI investors considering property purchases in the UAE.
For developers, the event offers a direct route into one of India’s fastest-growing urban markets. For investors, it provides an opportunity to compare projects and speak with developers and industry specialists in one location.
The organizers have not indicated that attendance or participation guarantees investment returns. Prospective buyers are expected to conduct their own due diligence and verify project approvals, ownership terms, financing conditions and applicable fees before committing to a purchase.
With the event scheduled for late October, further details on participating developers, government representatives and exhibitors are expected to emerge ahead of the Hyderabad showcase.
