ABU DHABI, United Arab Emirates — The Khalifa Fund for Enterprise Development (KFED) has opened registration for its 2026 “Future Entrepreneur” summer program, aimed at equipping young Emiratis with business and financial skills.
The program, held as part of KFED’s summer camp initiative, targets students ages 4 to 18 and focuses on entrepreneurship, innovation and financial literacy through hands-on activities and interactive learning.
Offered free of charge, the program will be delivered in Arabic and English across Abu Dhabi, Al Ain and Al Dhafra. It is structured into four age-based learning tracks.
Children ages 4 to 6 will join the Early Learners Cycle, which introduces basic entrepreneurial concepts through storytelling, play and teamwork exercises.
Students ages 7 to 9 will participate in the Foundational Cycle, covering financial literacy, branding, pricing and customer engagement through simulated mini-markets.
Participants ages 10 to 14 will enter the Intermediate Cycle, where they will develop business ideas and prototypes, learn financial modeling, and strengthen pitching and communication skills.
The Advanced Cycle, for students ages 15 to 18, focuses on building business plans, preparing investment pitches, engaging in simulated investor scenarios, and developing career readiness.
KFED said the program is designed to foster an entrepreneurial mindset, enhance communication skills and provide practical experience in simulated business environments. Participants will also attend workshops, mentorship sessions and project showcases, culminating in a graduation ceremony where certificates will be awarded.
The fund said the initiative reflects its commitment to investing in youth as a driver of long-term economic growth and encouraged eligible Emirati students to apply.
