Chery Opens RAK Showroom, Showcases AED 59,900 Pickup

Dubai: Chery UAE has opened a new showroom in Ras Al Khaimah, expanding its footprint in the northern emirates and bringing its vehicles and services closer to customers outside the country’s main urban centres.

The facility, located on Al Bahar Street in Dahan, marks the brand’s latest step in a nationwide growth strategy backed by AWR Automotive. The opening was attended by Mohamed Ali Abdulla Musabbeh Al Nuaimi, Chairman of the Ras Al Khaimah Chamber of Commerce and Industry, along with senior officials and company executives.

As part of the launch, Chery introduced its HIMAVA pickup truck to Ras Al Khaimah customers, with prices starting from AED 59,900 for the 4WD variant, excluding VAT. The model is positioned as an affordable option in the pickup segment, targeting both commercial and personal users.

The new showroom offers a full customer experience, including vehicle displays, expert consultation, and aftersales support. It complements Chery’s existing network in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah, while improving access for customers in the northern emirates.

Zaher Sabbagh, Director of Chery UAE, said the expansion reflects growing demand and the brand’s long-term commitment to the UAE market. He added that Ras Al Khaimah represents a key growth area, supported by ongoing development projects and rising consumer interest.

Chery UAE also plans to open a new branch in Fujairah, further strengthening its presence across all emirates.

Founded in 1997, Chery operates in more than 80 countries and has over 13 million users worldwide. The brand entered the UAE market in 2023 through its partnership with AW Rostamani Group.
