Heather Mills launches gut-friendly meals at Dubai food expo

DUBAI, Jan 26, 2026 (GDM) – British entrepreneur Heather Mills launched a new line of scientifically validated, gut-friendly ready meals at the Gulfood exhibition in Dubai on Monday, targeting consumers with food sensitivities.

The “No Bloat” range is certified as low-FODMAP — avoiding certain carbohydrates that can cause digestive issues — by Australia’s Monash University, the brand said in a statement.

The freeze-dried meals are prepared with hot water and designed for convenience, Mills said, citing her own struggles with digestive health.

“This is not just about food; it’s about reclaiming freedom, health, and enjoyment for anyone affected by gut sensitivities,” said Mills, a pioneer in plant-based foods who developed early vegan products for major chains.

The launch taps into a growing market for functional foods aimed at digestive wellness. According to a 2025 report by market research firm Grand View Research, the global low-FODMAP product market size is projected to expand at a compound annual growth rate of 8.5% from 2024 to 2030, driven by rising awareness of digestive disorders.

The meals will be showcased to distributors and retailers at Gulfood, the world’s largest annual food and beverage trade exhibition.
