Distinguished speakers announced for 4th annual Arab Aviation and Media Summit

RAS AL KHAIMAH-  The 2014 Arab Aviation and Media Summit (“AAMS”), the Arab world’s leading aviation and tourism event, today announced an array of high-level speakers for its fourth edition, which will be held under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Saud Bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Crown Prince of Ras Al Khaimah on September 24th, 2014 at the Hamra Convention Center in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE.

With the theme for this year’s summit focused on Aviation and Tourism: Common Vision and Purpose – local and regional industry experts and media will discuss the symbiotic relationship between tourism and aviation as well as its impact on the social and economic growth of the Arab world.

Guest speakers include His Excellency Engr. Sheikh Salem Bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Chairman – Department of Civil Aviation (DCA), Ras Al Khaimah; Abdul Wahab Teffaha, Secretary General – Arab Air Carriers Organization (AACO); Laila Ali Bin Hareb Al Muhari, Asisstant Director General – General Strategy & International Affairs, UAE General Civil Aviation Authority; Fouad Attar, Managing Director, Airbus Middle East; Paul-Frank Bijou, CEO – Airbus Prosky; Steven Rice, CEO – RAK Tourism & Development Authority; Adel A. Ali, Group CEO – Air Arabia; Hussein Dabbas, Regional Vice President – International Air Transport Association (IATA), Ivan Jakovljevic, Head of Travel – Google and many other industry experts.

Now in its fourth year, the AAMS is proud to welcome back long-term associates such as, Airbus Group, Air Arabia, CFM, IATA, and AACO in addition to many other participants from the media world; this year’s edition is held in partnership with Ras Al Khaimah Tourism Development Authority (RAK TDA).
