Café Milano at Four Seasons Abu Dhabi Launches ‘Il Giro D’Italia’ Dining Experience

ABU DHABI, United Arab Emirates (July 3, 2025) – Café Milano at the Four Seasons Hotel Abu Dhabi is inviting diners on a refined culinary journey across Italy with the debut of Il Giro D’Italia, a rotating regional dining experience available daily from 6 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.

Offered as a two-course menu for AED 235 or a three-course option for AED 275 per person (excluding beverages), the curated set menu showcases iconic Italian dishes inspired by the country’s diverse regions. While the starters and mains change daily, the dessert course remains consistent, offering a signature sweet ending each evening.

Located on Al Maryah Island, Café Milano merges coastal elegance with the warmth of traditional Italian hospitality. The restaurant is the UAE outpost of the renowned Washington, D.C., institution and is celebrated for its soulful yet elevated Italian cuisine.

A Regional Culinary Tour Through Italy

The Il Giro D’Italia menu reflects Italy’s regional flavors and heritage. Diners may begin with a Zuppa del Giorno made from fresh seasonal ingredients or sample Antica Roma, a dish of cantaloupe melon with cecina beef prosciutto and balsamic reduction. Seafood lovers will appreciate the Carpaccio di Orate con Salsa al Melograno – Gallipoli, featuring sea bream carpaccio with pomegranate dressing and pink peppercorns.

Main course options include:

  • Ravioli dell’Isola – Catania: spinach ravioli with ricotta, semi-dried tomatoes, eggplant purée, and Parmesan fondue.

  • Ossobuco alla Milanese con Risotto allo Zafferano – Milano: braised veal shank with saffron risotto.

  • Branzino alla Ligure – Portofino: baked branzino with olives, pine nuts, green beans, and basil pesto.

For dessert, guests can choose from a creamy Panna Cotta alla Vaniglia con Frutti di Bosco – Torino or a rotating trio of artisanal gelatos and sorbets, including Pistacchio di Bronte, Nocciole del Piemonte, and Sorbetto agli Agrumi Siciliane.

With its evolving menu and deep connection to Italy’s culinary roots, Il Giro D’Italia offers guests an authentic taste of the country’s regional richness in an elegant waterfront setting.
