MANAMA- The Military Yachting Team at Bahrain Defence Force (BDF)’s Military Sports Federation clinched the fourth place in the 37th Naval Academy Cup, organised by the Italian Naval Academy in Livorno from April 24 to May 5.
The competition was fierce and the results were close, but the Italian team had 10 groups which enabled them to play in ‘Team Race’ and win the top places.
Bahrain’s team performance was praised for the outstanding level and naval skills it had showcased, which was praised by the rest of the teams.-BNA
