MANAMA- The Kingdom of Bahrain hosts the Regional Olympic and the Asian Olympic Council’s Solidarity Forum in the period May 7-9.
The meeting is attended by the Bahraini Olympic Committee (BOC)’s Secretary-General , the Director of the Asian Olympic Council, the Director of the Olympic Solidarity Programme (IOC) from the Asian Continent in the IOC and directors from the BOC with 90 representatives of 25 Asian Olympic committees.
The meeting will discuss several important topics, including preparations of the organizing committees ahead of the Asian Olympic tournaments slated this year (2014) in (Nanjing) China, (Incheon) South Korea and (Buket) Thailand.-BNA
