Angry Birds Universe comes to life exclusively at Modhesh World

IMG_0060DUBAI-Fans of the worldwide craze and most downloaded game in the world, Angry Birds, have gone into celebration mode with the announcement that Dubai Summer Surprises will host the World Premiere and first location of Angry Birds Universe: The Art and Science Behind a Global Phenomenon.

Based on the famous game and characters that took the world by storm, Angry Birds fans of all ages will  delight in the chance to ‘be the bird’ at the Angry Birds Universe exhibition.

Open on the first day of Eid as part of Modhesh World at Dubai World Trade Centre, the exhibition will continue its stop in Dubai through September 8. 

IMG_0110The most unique interactive experience at Angry Birds Universe safely propels guests on zip lines onto enormous foam structures, just like the Angry Birds!

This unique, full-body experience also demonstrates the physics behind the Angry Birds games, providing an integrated approach to learning.

Visitors experience the educational concepts in the games in an energetic and an exciting environment never before seen in the Middle East.

In addition, other exciting full-body attractions include a Laser Maze, Climbing Wall, Planetarium, and oversized Sling Shots.

IMG_0089Children and families visiting Angry Birds Universe are first introduced to the beloved Angry Birds characters through a short introductory film followed by large models of the ‘flock.’

The exhibition continues on to feature hands-on activities including simple machine ‘bird’ launching stations, zip lines, model car building and racing activities, scavenger hunt map-stamping stations, over 10 iPad gaming stations, digital art and music activities, a gear wall, real bird activities, and much more; providing the opportunity for creativity and hands-on creation.

These activities seamlessly teach STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Mathematics) concepts and will delight guests of all ages in an exciting immersive environment.

IMG_0037Angry Birds Universe features numerous opportunities for families to learn and play together, encouraging creativity and innovation through fun!  

Parents and children can build and test a variety of structures against the impact of ‘Angry Birds’ sling shot-launched by other guests, experience the anatomical features of various real birds, utilise a digital art studio to explore their creative side through experiments with design, animation and sound production, or relax and enjoy a planetarium show together.
