University of Sharjah offers full scholarships to UAE toppers

SHARJAH, United Arab Emirates — The University of Sharjah will offer full scholarships to the UAE’s top high school graduates from the 2025-26 academic year, allowing them to pursue undergraduate studies at the university.

The decision was issued by Sheikh Sultan bin Ahmed bin Sultan Al Qasimi, deputy ruler of Sharjah and president of the University of Sharjah. The scholarships will cover full tuition for the duration of the students’ undergraduate programs in any of the university’s accredited fields.

The move is intended to reward academic excellence and help high-achieving students continue their education in a strong academic environment. It also supports the university’s role in preparing graduates who can contribute to the labor market and national development.

Sheikh Sultan bin Ahmed congratulated the students and their families, praising their efforts and the dedication that helped them reach top academic ranks.

He said the university remains committed to attracting talented and hardworking students while providing academic programs that support their ambitions and strengthen the institution’s standing as a destination for outstanding scholars.

The scholarship initiative is expected to give high-performing students a clear path to higher education in the UAE and add to the university’s pool of academically strong future graduates. Further admissions details are expected to follow through the university’s official channels.
