Dubai’s Noodle House serves up Ramadan ramen with local broths

DUBAI, Jan 26, 2026 (GDM)– A Dubai-based Asian restaurant is partnering with a local natural broth brand to launch a special Ramadan menu this Holy Month, blending street-food comfort with artisanal ingredients.

The Noodle House will feature five limited-edition soups and ramens from March 1, using stocks from UAE brand Máráqáh, the restaurant said Monday.

“This collaborative menu is reflective of what Ramadan is all about – bringing people together,” said Máráqáh founder Donia Elkhouli, whose brand makes preservative-free pastes.

Dishes starting from 58 dirhams ($16) include Vietnamese pho, spicy char chicken ramen, and a vegetarian soto mie ramen.

The move highlights a growing trend of restaurants incorporating hyper-local, wellness-focused ingredients into traditional comfort food, particularly for the iftar meal that breaks the daily fast.
