Dubai developer sells out Al Furjan tower weeks after work starts

Dubai, Jan 26, 2026 (GDM) – Dubai-based developer Nabni Developments announced Monday the complete sell-out of its 12-storey Nabni Avenue 7 residential tower just seven weeks after construction began, signalling strong demand for well-priced homes in the city.

All 166 apartments in the Al Furjan community project were sold, with 65% reserved even before the official construction announcement in December 2025, the company said in a statement.

“The complete sell-out… confirms the trust buyers place in our developments and the strong appeal of the Al Furjan community,” said Abdulrahman Alhelo Alsuwaidi, Co-Founder and Chairman of Nabni Developments.

The sell-out highlights continued investor and end-user confidence in Dubai’s residential market, particularly for projects in established, family-oriented communities with clear delivery timelines. The building, featuring one to three-bedroom units, is scheduled for handover in August 2027.
