Atlantis, The Palm’s award winning underwater restaurant takes Saturday lunching to another level

DUBAI– Set against the mesmerising tranquility of the Ambassador Lagoon, Ossiano’s new Saturday Luncheon features a set menu with an exquisite selection of dishes from the land and sea. Crafted by award-winning Chef de Cuisine, Gregoire Berger, the lunch takes place every Saturday from 1pm until 3pm, for AED 350 per person.

The new menu invites couples, friends, or families, for an opportunity to sample Chef Gregoire Berger’s acclaimed cuisine, while being entertained by Atlantis, The Palm’s Barazura pianist. The set menu gives guests the choice of three options per course; to start a selection of either Octopus Carpaccio with Squid Ink, Celery and Chives, or Lobster Veloute with Artichoke, Sun Dried Tomatoes and Dill, or lastly a non-seafood option, the mouthwatering Ossiano Buratta accompanied with Tomatoes, Kalamata Olives and Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

Leading on to the main event, diners will be spoilt for choice, with seafood options from Loch Fyne Salmone which comes with Basil, Asparagus and Creamy Mash Potato, to Grilled Tiger Prawns surrounded by Lemon Butter, Spicy Tomato and Green Leaf Salad. For steak aficionados choose the Atlantis Beef Tenderloin complemented by Pumpkin Puree, Onions and Mushrooms, and Tonkatsu Sauce. To conclude the lunch, those with a sweet tooth can indulge in the Ossiano Chocolate Fondant with Coconut Ice Cream and Salted Caramel or the Vanilla Panna Cotta with Rhubarb Sorbet and Blackcurrant Gel. For those who prefer to end their meal with a savoury dish can taste the Cheese Selection from ‘Mons” Affineur.

Ossiano offers a contemporary cuisine inspired by the sea, infused with modern Mediterranean flavours. Guests can enjoy an award winning, fine dining experience as they look into 11 million litres of seawater which is home to 65,000 marine animals including sharks and stingrays. Known as Dubai’s most romantic restaurant, it comes as no surprise that Ossiano sees more marriage proposals than anywhere else at Atlantis, The Palm.
