MINA Brasserie and Other Signature Restaurants Reopen at Four Seasons Hotels

Dubai: Four Seasons Hotel Dubai International Financial Centre and Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach announce the reopening of a selection of their renowned dining and drinking destinations. MINA Brasserie, Penrose Lounge, Sea Fu, Shai Salon and Suq are once again welcoming guests. In line with the regulations implemented by the local authorities, guests can relax in the knowledge that their health and safety is the utmost priority across all Four Seasons restaurants and all government regulations are in place.

MINA Brasserie once again resumes service this week in the heart of DIFC. At the modern brasserie famed for its relaxed and convivial space, laid-back charm and delicious Mediterranean fare, the team is excited to welcome back old friends to experience their MINA favourites.

MINA Brasserie’s lush green terrace is the perfect place to enjoy a relaxed business lunch or enchanted evening, all in the midst of Dubai’s balmy summer. The fully air-conditioned space makes it the perfect place to relax and unwind in the city this summer – the Eden-like garden located in the heart of dynamic DIFC offers respite from the summer’s heat, and like any much loved brasserie, its gleaming golden bar offers a range of delicious and refreshing cocktails to enjoy with one’s meal. MINA’s familiar team of friendly faces will restore guests’ spirits with their flair and love of service, warm and knowledgeable nature.

Guests are invited to experience MINA’s new a la carte business lunch, made up of three courses chosen from the wider MINA menu. For just AED 120, guests can start with a delicious appetiser such as mille-feuille and grilled octopus, or even choose from the raw bar of Chef Michael Mina’s famed tuna tartare. Then indulge on a MINA classic such as the wagyu burger or the truffle porcini ravioli. Finish on a sweet note with MINA’s signature tiramisu, or for those who prefer a healthier option, the coconut cream pie is completely plant-based.

Set beneath mirrored ceilings and ornate gold light frames, Penrose Lounge is open daily to enjoy a selection of coffee, tea and light fare into the late hours. Filled with plush velvet couches and jewel-coloured pillows, let Penrose’s team of expert craftsmen, led by Executive Sous Chef Nicola Rossi and Pastry Chef Sanchit Datta, indulge in the perfect afternoon.
