La Maison du Chocolat opens in Kuwait
KUWAIT-La Maison du Chocolat has expanded in the Middle East with the opening of a new boutique and salon de thé in The Avenues, Kuwait on 16th June 2014.
The exclusive French chocolatier will be showcasing its savoir-faire and craftsmanship through its legendary chocolates, each created by hand with inimitable know-how and limitless innovation.
The Kuwaiti boutique is the Maison’s second in the region, following the opening in Dubai last year.

Founder and visionary Robert Linxe dedicated his life to chocolate and was nicknamed the “sorcerer of ganache”. It is no surprise therefore that with its endless creations, the heart of La Maison du Chocolat remains ganache – some pure, some mousse-based, and some infused with exquisite flavourings – but always offering mind-blowing encounters. Also on offer are highly sought after pastries, including the legendary éclairs and tarts, and the renowned hot chocolate drink, full of richness.
Heading up the Parisian atelier, and paving the way for seasonal inspirations whilst carrying on the tradition of its grand classics, Master Chef Nicolas Cloiseau shows that the art of chocolate is ever-evolving. Cloiseau’s team highlights their expertise not only through exciting creations throughout the year, helping to celebrate special occasions, but also through haute couture masterpieces such as chocolate-encrusted gowns and bags, chocolate pearls, and even a designer chocolate chair.
