His efforts extended beyond his village, as he founded eight Urdu colleges in the districts of Kozhikode, Malappuram, and Kannur. These institutions played a profound role in promoting the training of Urdu teachers and nurturing a love for the language across Kerala.
Recognizing the need for teaching materials, Beeran authored widely acclaimed Urdu textbooks for schools in Kerala. Additionally, he generously shared his insights and perspectives through articles and news reports in prestigious publications like Chandrika and Prabhodhanam Weekly. Beeran also briefly served as the editor of the Urdu tabloid Malabari Awaaz (Voice of Malabar) in Kozhikode.
