Kuwait, UAE sign accord on promoting activities for youth

KUWAIT- Kuwait and the UAE signed on Thursday(May 15th) an agreement on cooperation on promoting activities for the youth of both countries, said chairman of the Public Authority for Youth and Sports in Kuwait Sheikh Ahmad Mansour Al-Sabah, in a press statement.

56289d00-e6de-4cdd-96df-ea5634f72b56He said that today’s agreement was an activation of a memorandum of understanding signed between the two countries in 2008 aimed at bilateral cooperation in the fields of sports and youth activities.

He further said that it was important for GCC countries to direct some of their energies in the service of their youths to nurture their talents in all fields valued by these youths.
Moreover he favored that GCC states cooperated on organizing events geared up for the youth and their interests.-KUNA
