Over a period of six months encompassing 180 direct learning hours – six hours per day for 5 working days per month – successful delegates will receive in-depth training in key areas of leadership in a carefully designed program consisting of six distinct modules comprising both class room and experience-based instruction that will be complemented with special input sessions on emotional intelligence and, to prepare candidates for a rapidly evolving world, the leadership requirements of social media.
The course program includes the Class Room module which will focus on six core competencies – Organizational Behaviour & Sustainable Excellence, Strategic Management, Performance Management, Personal Development & Financial Planning, Change Management, and Emotional Intelligence, as well as modules on Health & Nutrition, Etiquette & Protocol, Coaching & Mentoring, Media Coaching, and Experiential Learning.
The Program stresses inclusivity and welcomes applicants from a wide range of different industries and backgrounds and, for the first time this year eligibility has been expanded to include all GCC nationals. Candidates will be trained by a highly respected team of trainers with many decades of international experience between them. Evidence from the pilot program last year underlines the potential of this course to improve leadership qualities: candidates were unanimously satisfied by the use and value of program materials, while we also measured a dramatic improvement in their communication and presentation skills.
