LONDON– Yemeni Foreign Minister Dr Abu Bakr al-Qirbi met on Tuesday(April 29th,2014) in London with British Minister of State for North Africa and Middle East Hugh Robertson.
Al-Qirbi and Robertson discussed during the meeting, which took place on the sidelines of the 7th meeting of Friends of Yemen, the prospects of bilateral relations between the two countries and ways of boosting them, as well as the issues of mutual concern and the developments of the political process in Yemen.
They also touched on the progress in the political process and the efforts being exerted by the Constitution Drafting Committee and the underway arrangements to prepare the voter register, according to Yemeni News Agency (SABA).
The final arrangements for holding the 7th meeting of Friends of Yemen Group according to the new mechanism of the Group meetings were also discussed in the meeting.-QNA
