DUBAI- ‘UAE Precor’, the Dubai based youth football team made up of star players with a proven track record announced on September 11th that it will be starting its open tryout sessions in to find the next football stars to join the team. UAE Precor made history in 2010 when the team became the first ever under-16 squad to play in the Dubai Adult Football League.
“Our tryouts are the window for talented young players in the UAE who have a passion for football,” Tarek Khalifa, manager and member of the volunteer coaching team of UAE Precor. “There are number of players who are looking for a dedicated and professional football team to join in the UAE and the opportunities that come with this are huge.”
Khalifa and other parents started the club in 2002 aiming to develop football talents in the UAE regardless of nationality. The UAE Precor team consists of 60 footballers representing at least 18 different countries. Teenagers between the ages of 14-18 can participate in the tryouts.
“Playing internationally gives our boys the opportunity to measure and improve their skills while exposing them to a pool of International level players” said Khalifa. “UAE Precor will give its players international caps and develop their physical and mental skills which will enable them to compete on a global stage & explore their potential to its maximum.”
