JEDDAH- Dr. Abdulaziz bin Mohieddin Khoja, Minister of Culture and Information, will open 11th Asian Media Summit (AMS) under the theme “Media and Diversity: Enriching Radio and TV” tomorrow(May 6th,2014).
In a statement to Saudi Press Agency (SPA), Dr. Reyad Najm, President of the Saudi General Commission for Audiovisual Media (GCA), expressed thanks to and appreciation of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques for this generous patronage with participation of media leaders in Asia and the world.
Dr. Najm also has lauded the keenness of Dr. Abdulaziz bin Mohieddin Khoja for supporting this summit in order to highlight the Kingdom’s position at the global arena.
The 11th Asia Media Summit (AMS) provides a unique opportunity for broadcasters in the region to share their thoughts on Broadcasting and Information.
Decision makers, media professionals and stakeholders of news and programming from Asia, Pacific, Africa, Europe, Middle East and North America attended this annual conference. Almost all regional and International Broadcasting Unions and Associations support the AMS.-SPA
