Madinat Jumeirah launches September Yoga Retreat at Talise Spa

DUBAI- The award-winning Talise Spa, Madinat Jumeirah has announced a three-day detox and relaxation yoga retreat at the serene surroundings of the luxurious Arabian Resort of Dubai from 25–27 September 2014.

The retreat is suitable for anyone with previous yoga experience who wishes to learn more about detoxing for a healthier and longer life. Under the guidance of qualified instructors and practitioners, guests will learn techniques for restoring balance, releasing stress, and health improvements. In addition, a juicing class with Talise Nutrition Chef Gabi Kurz and a detox seminar will help guests develop a greater awareness of overall wellbeing and self-discovery.

Created by the inspirational and innovative team at Talise Spa, the retreat offers a tranquil ambiance to unwind, learn yoga, juicing techniques, recharge and harmonize both the body and mind in a social environment. 

Participants are entitled to unlimited use of the Talise Spa’s deluxe relaxation facilities, which include the sauna, steam room, hot and cold plunge pools, outdoor day retreat pool, private male and female changing rooms and space for relaxation.

The yoga retreat costs AED 1,790 inclusive of five yoga classes, two breakfasts, one juicing class, one detox theory seminar, an exclusive two hour spa detox treatment, two infrared sauna sessions and two days of unlimited spa and beach access.

To maximize the relaxing nature of this retreat, guests can enhance their retreats for an additional cost. Options include a two night stay at Madinat Jumeirah, additional spa treatments, wellness consultations and a one or two day juicing plan.
