Khawla Al Serkal said: “Through this exhibition, which comes in conjunction with the Sharjah Islamic Culture Capital 2014 Celebrations, we celebrate fashion items that reflect the spirit of the East and respect the uniqueness and style of Eastern woman. The featured items include a wide collection of fashion items mostly designed by entrepreneurial women in the art and craft fields.”
The exhibition’s stands showcase home supplies, jewellery, watches, gemstones, fashion items, accessories, and various artworks. Accompanying activities include interactive workshops on Arabic calligraphy, painting, and perfume making and a stand to showcase valuable Islamic antiques.
