Fujifilm's new lens lineup excites Middle East photographers

Fujifilm lenses are highly regarded for their outstanding image quality, and well-built bodies. The unique X mount lens range now includes super-wide angle to super-telephoto range lenses, and a large-diameter lens with rich bokeh and high resolution.

Over the course of the year, Fujifilm will be introducing these lenses for Middle East consumers. The company is keen to bring to the market, lenses that compliment their already available, outstanding cameras.

Furthermore, with the addition of new technologies, Fujifilm aims to improve the quality, and has carried out a review of the lens design, while acknowledging the demands and requests of the photographers.

“Camera lenses are equally crucial for taking fantastic pictures. We, at Fujifilm, understand the needs of our customers and these news lenses will add to the excitement of taking pictures with a Fujifilm camera. Our comprehensive new line of lenses will meet the demands and needs of all our customers,” commented Mr. Yuta Kawamura, Marketing Manager, Electronics Imaging Division, Fujifilm Middle East & Africa.

The XF90mmF2R, a large-diameter medium telephoto lens, will be launched in the last quarter of 2015. This is one of the most awaited lens, and is perfect for portraitures,as it provides superb bokeh in the photographs.

The next available lens will be the XF50-140mm F2.8 R LMOIS WR. Following on from the XF18-135mm lens, this will be Fujifilm’s second weather resistant lens designed to partner its X-T1 camera.

The previously announced XF16mmF1.4 R is now confirmed with a guide launch date of mid 2015. With a fixed focal length, this ultra wide angle lens favors the photographers that strictly require a larger depth of field.
