Feast to your heart’s content at Zafran Indian Bistro this summer

Dubai: Celebrating the popular custom of coming together in order to share a meal prevalent in both the Middle East and India, Zafran Indian Bistro invites guests to enjoy a memorable dining experience with friends and family this summer.

The Seafood, Lamb & Chcken Feast

Starting July 18th, the popular restaurant located in Mirdif City Center is serving up a sumptuous feast of kebab platters inspired by the flavors of the Sub-continent’s richly diverse North-West frontier province.

The Seafood, Lamb and Chicken Feast is a foodies dream and includes a succulent selection including Hariyali Fish Tikka, Chatpada Calamari, Ajwaini Jhinga, Sikandari Raan and Murgh Angar Tikka for AED 169.

Remove the seafood and you get the delicious Lamb and Chicken Feast that includes Sikandri Raan, Passiloyam Ka Barrah. Murgh Angar Tikka, Bhatti Tangdi and Murgh Anari Seekh for AED 159.

For those who are partial to poultry, look no further than the Chicken Feast, a medley of mouthwatering chicken kebabs including Bhatti Tangdi, Murgh Angar Tikka, Zafrani Malai Tikka, Murgh Anari Seekh and Achari Murgh Tikka for AED 139.

The Vegetarian Feast

The vegetarians need not fret because the Vegetarian Feast sounds so delightful it might convert the most ardent meat-eater. Featuring the Tandoori Khumb, Broccoli and Aloo Ki Tikki, Saudhee Aloo, Punjabi Paneer Tikka and Tandoori Salad all for only AED 119.

All Feasts are complemented by a selection of Zafran’s signature bread, sides and condiments and have been carefully created by Zafran’s team of chef’s using authentic ingredients, classic recipes and time-honored cooking methods.

Their creativity is on full display with innovative sides including Dill Labneh and Pickled Hummus adding a ‘local’ touch to each Feast whilst Dal Zafran, a Fresh Salad and Butter Naan complete the meal.

“Communal eating is a time-honored tradition in many cultures, and often a reflection of a community’s hospitality and cultural identity. In the Middle East, people eat from communal dishes, while in India it is customary to share food with one’s companions at the table,” said Rakshak Puri, general manager, Foodmark.

“The Feast is, therefore, a celebration of these shared customs and Zafran’s distinct flavors that have ensured that we remain a favorite for anyone looking for authentically prepared traditional Indian cuisine and the chance to make memories with friends and family,” he added.

The Feast will be available till 15th September at Zafran Indian Bistro in Mirdif City Center and is also available for home delivery.
