Dubai South and AGMC Partner to Launch AED 500 Million Automotive Facility

Dubai, UAE – Dubai South, the pioneering urban development project in the UAE, has inked a landmark agreement with AGMC, a prominent luxury car importer, to establish a state-of-the-art automotive facility valued at AED 500 million.

The agreement, signed in Dubai amidst the presence of esteemed dignitaries including HH Sheikh Sultan Ahmed Mohamed Al Qassimi and HE Khalifa Al Zaffin, signifies a significant leap forward in the region’s automotive landscape. The new facility, set to redefine industry standards, will cater to the discerning clientele of premium brands such as BMW, MINI, Rolls Royce, and others.

Spanning an impressive 33,000 square meters, the facility is strategically located at The Business Avenue, offering seamless access to key transportation hubs including the VIP Terminal and Al Maktoum International Airport. With a commitment to excellence, the facility promises a comprehensive range of services, from showcasing luxury vehicles to providing top-notch after-sales support and maintenance.

Commenting on the partnership, HE Khalifa Al Zaffin, Executive Chairman of Dubai Aviation City Corporation and Dubai South, expressed his satisfaction, stating, “We are delighted to join hands with AGMC in this endeavor. This partnership underscores Dubai South’s unwavering commitment to fostering growth and innovation in the automotive sector.”

Jan Felton, Managing Director of Al Batha Group, AGMC’s parent company, commended Dubai South’s progressive development plans and the visionary leadership of the UAE, affirming their dedication to delivering unparalleled automotive experiences to customers.

The collaboration between Dubai South and AGMC marks a significant milestone in the region’s automotive industry, reflecting the commitment of both entities to setting new benchmarks in luxury automotive retail and service.
