Dubai Inn brand launches first phase of ‘best value’ hotels
DUBAI- Dubai Inn, a new generation hotel brand targeting the fast-growing segment of value-conscious leisure and business travellers, will roll out its first phase of hotels in prime locations in the city this year. The new brand of hotels, featuring an innovative authentic style, will offer complete functionality, comfort and effortless service, defining its niche as the ‘best value’ hotels in Dubai.
A joint venture of Meraas Holding and Emaar Properties, Dubai Inn addresses the industry ‘white space’ for elegant and service-oriented hotels. For the first time, an innovative hotel experience will be provided for visitors who seek value, while delivering operational efficiencies that meet a demanding 24/7 multitasking lifestyle.
Work on the first property under this agreement will commence shortly in the Zabeel area. The flagship project is scheduled for completion in 2015. Under the agreement, an additional four properties will be added to the portfolio to collectively supply over 1,750 new hotel rooms and serviced residences to the hospitality sector.
The launch of Dubai Inn complements the Dubai Tourism Vision 2020 announced by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE Vice President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, to build a robust hospitality infrastructure and host over 20 million visitors by the turn of the decade.

With 5-star hotel rooms accounting for nearly 62 per cent of the total branded hotel inventory in the Dubai and nearly 50 per cent of the upcoming inventory also in the upscale category, Dubai Inn is setting a clear differential in the market. In addition to appealing to an increasing number of guests from Europe, Africa, China, Southeast Asia and the Indian Subcontinent, the hotels will be a preferred choice for delegates who attend the year-round conferences and exhibitions happening in the city.
All Dubai Inn hotels will feature the largest rooms in its category at over 26 sq m, and are well-connected with free WiFi connectivity and large 42” televisions. The hotels also stand apart for being the only brand with a 24-hour store that stocks everyday essentials.
