Dubai: Located in the Hilton Dubai Jumeirah, BiCE Ristorante will be opening its doors to its patrons as it celebrates the Venice Film Festival for yet another. From the 29th to the 31st of August, guests are welcome to don their best red-carpet-ready attire, as though on the big screens with their favourite movie stars.
Through the course of the evening, the in-house chefs will be creating a four-course masterpiece inspired by the star-studded occasion. The set menu will feature a selection of classic starters such as the Sarde in soar, a succulent sardine fish marinated in the traditional Venice style. The Frittata Veneziana, the Italian style frittata garnished with onion, parmesan and aromatic tomato sauce. Pasta lovers can opt for the Risi E Bisi which is a delicious Carnaroli risotto with peas, parmesan, and crispy beef pancetta, the dish is also available in vegetarian options.
As the evening gears up into full swing, guests can tuck into the piquant main course such as the Fegato alla Veneziana, a veal liver grill, slow-cooked onion, grape reduction and sage tempura. Otherwise, seafood lovers can slice into the Gaberi alla busara a plate of jumbo prawns sautéed in a classic tomato sauce with polenta. Last but not least, diners with a sweet tooth are in for a treat with the selection of local pastry from Venice such as Crema fritta, Baci in Gondola, Baicoli and Bussolai.
