BRCS produces film on voluntary work culture

MANAMA– Bahrain Red Crescent Society (BRCS) has produced a film titled “Stories of volunteerism in life” included meetings with BRCS officials and volunteers, who reviewed their experiences in voluntary work in relief and humanitarian areas, as well as its importance to them, Bahrain and humanity. 

BRCS Secretary-General, Dr. Fawzi Amin underscored the nobility of humanitarian voluntary work. He called on Bahraini youth to join voluntary work societies to be able to serve the homeland. 

BRCS Director Genera, Mubarak Al-Haddi, emphasized keenness to engage volunteers in a series of programs and training courses inside and outside Bahrain to hone their skills to enable them to carry out relief and humanitarian missions. 

BRCS Head of Youth and Activities Committee, Ali Kadhim, said the film documents voluntary work activities within the BRCS and reviews the progress and challenges faced by the humanitarian voluntary work. -BNA
