DOHA– The third FMQ Conference “Facility Management Qatar” will open in Doha on May 7 in presence of the country’s key building owners, investors, architects, engineers, construction experts, developers, building material specialists and facility management companies.
The Conference will be held under the patronage of HE the Minister of Municipality and Urban Planning Sheikh Abdurrahman bin Khalifa Al-Thani at Hilton Doha Hotel.
Representatives from Aspire Zone, Hamad International Airport, Qatar University, Qatar Tourism Authority, Ezdan Real Estate and other relevant authorities will take part in the conference.
Facilities Management and related areas are increasingly becoming key to modern urban planning. The topics to be discussed at the 3rd FMQ Conferences are expected to throw up ideas relevant to a modern-day municipality and urban planning bodies.
Alongside the summit program, FMQ 2014 will incorporate a compact mini-exhibition of specially-selected Facility Management companies, product and service suppliers – which is called THE PLAZA – featuring product showcasing, interaction and open discussions. (QNA)
